Quality Control System:

        Cleaning buildings is labor-intensive. It is often filled with inefficiencies, low morale and high turnover. In the past, we made an attempt to overcome these deficiencies through purchasing bigger and faster equipment or the latest chemical dispensing machine. But this ignored the true cause of the problem: The Process.

        The secret is keeping the job of cleaning simple and giving our employees the right tools and chemicals. They also work with job cards which detail special items for different tenants. We also have a member of managemet stop in our accounts and inspect them. During the inspection a QC report is made. By filling out a quality control report we are able to grade our crew. If they can maintain a high enough score they are awarded a bonus. The process is just better and eliminates most mistakes.
