There are many reasons that one might need or want to hold an estate sale.  The one most often thought of is the the passing of a loved one and the need to settle their estate.  Divorce, relocation, foreclosure, illness, downsizing and bankruptcy, however, are other life event situations that can lead to the partial or total liquidation of a home and the need to hire an estate specialist.

With over 26 years experience in the antiques and collectibles industry, we have extensive knowledge of current market values  which helps to produce maximum revenue for our clients.   Also, our trained staff knows what to throw away and more importantly what NOT to throw away.

Don't clean, sort or throw away!   We do it all for you.  Every effort is taken to ensure that everything is clean, well organized and staged in a manor that invites maximum sales results.   All you need to do is to simply take the items that your family would like to keep and we'll do the rest.

Extensive advertising...   

Our growing list of loyal customers receive an email newsletter, detailing each sale, complete with photos.   We also advertise with local newspapers, Craig's list, Estatesales.net & other website providers, and we place large signs to the community to capture impulse shoppers.

Honesty and Integrity..... 

With TLC our clients ALWAYS come first.   We do not ever attempt to purchase items from you prior to the sale, nor do we allow dealers or friends in for early purchases.  Our motto is,  

"We do the work, and you reap the rewards!"

Customer Service and Security....

Our highly trained and personable sales staff are always on hand and ready to assist our customers.   With our easy to spot TLC aprons, customer know at a glance where to go to get help with their purchases.

The Extra Mile....

When the sale is over we're still there to assist you.   Although we typically sell 85 to 90% of the contents of the home, there is inevitably some left over items.   We will either arrange to have what's left taken to a charity of your choice and get a tax reciept for you, or leave it neatly boxed and organized for you to dispose of as you choose.  We leave all properties broom swept, clean, and ready for your next step.

While we do not act as a subcontractor, we do have connections with many professionals in the housing industry, so whether your house needs carpet cleaning, repairs, painting or real-estate services, we can put you in touch with trusted professionals and act as a liason.
