And it is actually enjoyable. Once we stop and look fear and doubt in the face for a moment, especially with a supportive coach, there are very simple and effective ways to move past those blocks in moments.

There is a lot of science behind it, and more is being discovered all the time, even though these techniques are adapted from ancient traditions.
