CITRMS - Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist Consultants offer management and employee compliance consulting and training in North America.

PROBLEM - SOLUTIONS - BENEFITS - The process is simple.

- One of our Group Security Specialists will identify the areas of concern and present the complementary first session of the risk assessment program to help you more fully understand what we have to offer you, your business and your employoees. After this session and once the client is educated and their risks are identified, a CITRMS Consultant will be able to make appropriate recommendations to effectively address and manage those risks. Identity Theft is impossible to completely prevent, and every individual or business situation is different.

No product or service offering is "one-size-fits-all", as each has its own benefits and limitations, and may not address all of the key risk areas. To best serve our clients and provide effective risk management advice, a CITRMS Consultant will be able to provide a holistic risk management approach and recommendations that address all areas of risk. It is important to know about a variety of products and services, or package thereof, in a plan that can be implemented and tailored to the client's specific needs, budget, areas of risk, business operations, individual lifestyle, and comfort level. Perhaps a client already subscribes to a service that addresses some areas of risk, but remains vulnerable in others that have been identified. A client or a family member may already be a victim of Identity Theft and need immediate assistance; or, perhaps the client is a business owner whose business handles protected non-public information, has high employee turnover, or is unaware of applicable data security requirements.

A CITRMS Consultant will help you understand the (5) five common types of Identity Theft and that credit monitoring services are limited to risks involving only financial accounts, and then only to those that are actually reported to the specific credit bureau(s) monitored. Most insurance policies do not reimburse actual financial losses and have extensive limitations on expense reimbursement. Packaged assistance services typically exclude "pre-existing" incidents, and most do not address other important risk areas such as Internet threats, computer security, or data protection. Most services are also designed for an individual consumer as opposed to the needs of a business owner, the business itself, or even the business' customers in the event of a breach.

- Upon authorization, our Group Security Specialist will educate your employees about the need for protecting confidential data in the workplace.  During this presentation, our specialist will offer a packaged suite of products for legal and identity theft resolulton benefit services to your employees.  Through regularly scheduled maintenance visits to help with new employees, our specialists will continue to train your staff.

- You will also have direct, toll-free access to our providers corporate offices, Monday through Friday should you need us for any reason.
