Dr Manrique completed his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He then completed his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1982. Dr Manrique's training is broad and covers a wide spectrum of Medicine and Surgery. He has received training at the following institutions: * Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Maryland * Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland * St Francis Scott Key Hospital Burn Center, Baltimore, Maryland * University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, Baltimore * St Joseph Hospital, Denver, Colorado * Georgia Baptist Hospital, Atlanta, GA He began practicing medicine in 1988 in the field of Emergency Medicine and Primary Care. By 1991 he decided to make Atlanta his permanent residence. He has been caring for patients as a Primary Care Physician in Fulton, Cobb and Cherokee counties. In December 2009 he opened a General Practice and has been providing comprehensive medical care in his office at EAGLE DRIVE FAMILY MEDICINE in Woodstock, GA. He has been a member of the Southern Medical Association, the American Professional Practice Association and is actively involved in Continuing Medical Education. Dr. Manrique and his wife Renee reside in Marietta with their daughter Raquel. He is fluent in Spanish, enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and plays golf when possible. Since opening the practice, he has been caring for people from the local surrounding counties and continues to meet new faces joining the practice.
