Dr. David Dame has been practicing chiropractic for over 28 years here in Roseville. His small, friendly office uses traditional methods of spinal adjustments, heat, muscle stimulation, and massage therapy to correct most spine problems.
These problems include: headaches, shoulder pain, muscle spasms, mid and low back problems, and pain radiating into legs and arms. He has had great success with nerve pain in arms and legs, as well as fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and TMJ. Our office offers a free consultation, same day service, and will handle any insurance paperwork. We are on most health plans; however, if you are without insurance our cost is very affordable. Dr. Dame will address your individual problems and incorporate gentle chiropractic treatment with exercises, stretches, and home care to allow you to continue living a full life.
