Welcome & thanks for visting our website ! !We are a family of three who love raising Chihuahuas & Maltese.We breed them as a Hobby and they are typically sold as family pets to families that will hopefully love them as much as we do. We strictly adhere to the AKC rules & regulations and we are inspected by AKC on an annual basis. The Chihuahua Care Center has been raising Chihuahuas & Maltese for the past 15 yrs.We are located in the southeastern corner of Oklahoma. All of our Chihuahuas & Maltese are AKC registered,some having Champions in their pedigrees.We do not guarantee show /breeding prospects just family oriented pets. Shipping is available throughout the Continental U.S.at the buyers expense.Each of our puppies are socialized from birth till they leave our home and go to yours.Our puppies are eating dry puppy food before they leave our home. They are also seen by our veterinarian thier telephone number to be provided at requests.All our puppies are current on all innoculations & dewormed before they leave our home.They are raised in our home and under our feet where they recieve the utmost care because were with them at all times.Our Chihuahuas come in Smoothcoats & Longcoats and in a variety of colors.Occasionally we will have some merles .We reserve the right to refuse a puppy sale at any time.After you get through viewing our website we welcome your emails.Please contact us for more information at nibblesccc@hughes.net . Purchasing Information

Prior to purchasing we must have a Puppy Application on file(contact me at nibblesccc@hughes.net and I will be more than glad to send you one) This begins our screening process to see if your family meets our requirements for one of our puppies .Please make sure the whole family wants a new puppy before inquiring.We start accepting deposits on our puppies at 3 weeks of age.Chihuahua puppies must be paid in full by 12 weeks of age.Maltese puppies need must be paid in full by 16 weeks of age.When purchasing a Chihuahua we do require a ($200.00) non-refunable /non-transferable deposit.When purchasing a Maltese we do require a ($500.00) non-refundable /non-transferable deposit.The money paid towards your puppy can not be transferred to another puppy unless something happens to the puppy while in our care.Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable / non-transferable the only way a refund would be given back is if the puppy deseases or "dies" while in our care.The deposits will "hold" or "lay way" the puppy until paid in full by you.No puppies will be shipped without full payment recieved.

Shipping Information

C C C Chihuahuas & Maltese have been shipping puppies for several years now.We only ship within the Contenintal U.S. at the buyers expenses.Shipping is an additional ($300.00)added to the puppy price.We ship out of Dallas/Fort Worth using American Airlines.Our shipping days are either Saturdays or Sundays,whichever is best for the buyer.

Health Guarantee

After we receive your deposit I will send you a e-mail of our Health Guarantee.Read it over carefully before signing it.Failure to read & understand does not change our policy.If you havve question please ask.I need two copies printed out and signed by you .Both copies are to be mailed back with your final payment.You will recieve your copy once the puppy is shipped.C C C Chihuahuas & Maltese guarantees that the puppy is healthy & happy before it leaves our home.You have a 72 hour health guarantee.This means you have (3 working days) to have your puppy vet checked by a Veterinarian of your choice.If the puppy is not seen within this 72 hours time frame it is consider as a breech of our health guarantee by the purchaser.If your vet should find something wrong with the puppy,within the first 72 hours we will be glad to take the puppy back and give a full refund. (We,the breeder will not be responsible for any other vet bills incurred by you.)

Registration Information

Any puppies sold by us will be sold strictly as pets only.

*Limited AKC Registration -Puppies will be sold as "pets"on the limited registration.This means the puppy is not eligible to be shown or be in any breeding program.Then the puppy must be spayed/neutered at whatever age your veterinarian recommends.

Payment Options

We like U.S.Postal Money for payments,but will accept Pay-Pal,or Western Union.We no longer accept personal checks,because it takes too long to clear our bank.If you have been approved to get a puppy and have to send me a payment please notify me and I will get back to you and send you our address.Please make sure to send us your name,correct e-mail address,your home address.and phone number,and also the name of the puppy your interested in.
