I attended a workshop called “Women’s Way to Wealth” where Phil was the keynote speaker.  I was impressed with his talk and the connection he had with the audience.  One of the raffle prizes was a one-hour coaching session with Phil.  I was delighted when I was the winner.

 Phil ---So often in today's time, people don't make the effort to appreciate what they've been given or take the time to say thank you. I know that isn't the case for me. I want to thank you for all the exciting things that are happening in my life. Years ago, someone told me, that when the student was ready to learn, the teacher would appear. And here you are as my coach.

There were many health related events that lead me to you, as well as my wanting to learn and grow and breakthrough my own barriers. From the beginning, when we started with my completions, I had no idea what kind of an awesome journey, I was about to embark on. My completions...now that was a process. For example, learning that by not completing a promise or a conversation, I was holding myself back from moving forward. I remember crying for an hour, writing the letters for the people who had been so kind during my father-in-law's death and how liberating it was, once I finished and mailed them. There were many other completions and you coached me through all of them, even the ones, I thought would be impossible.

And all the breakthroughs...where to begin...! My marriage, my children, my effect on others, getting out of my own way...it's been amazing. With my husband, I wasn't even sure we'd still be married by now. I love and adore the man, but boy were there issues...who knew that they were my issues...!! Having you there to coach me, showed me what a difference my attitude and what I said and how I responded could make such an impact. And as you know, my marriage is on solid ground and improving all the time.

Now, with all that you are doing for my company and my agents in our training sessions, I know we are going to exceed all of the goals that we have set for this year. The more that I learn and grow with you, the more I can give to them like you have given to me. Thank you doesn't seem enough for what I have received. I will continue to learn and grow with you and hopefully be able to pass on so much of what I've been given.

"I have worked with Phil Cisneros for a little over a year.  He has helped with a company that I manage, for out of state owners, develop a stronger team approach to operating our nursery.  Through his coaching each employee has seen areas where they need to improve and create better lines of communication.  With Phil’s guidance we have included our Spanish-speaking supervisors in numerous bi-lingual meetings.  This has given them a stronger voice in our company, created a better understanding of the relationship between each department and further developed their ability to supervise on a higher level than before.  Phil has assisted to coordinating a bi-lingual aspect of an educational program we presented to our customers in the Summer of 2004. 
Phil had come into a difficult situation, working with the general manager and not the owner, in a company that had little consistent management over the past seven years.  Since I have become the GM there has been numerous changes: methods of operation, new employees, old employees leaving and a stronger delineation of responsibilities.   Phil’s coaching has helped in all these areas.
