WHY WEBINARS AND HOW WILL IT HELP YOU!
Why ON-LINE TRAINING through WEBINARS? Why have live meetings and trainings available through the Internet? Simple...to train, educate, mobilize and motivate large numbers of associates with specialized, specific, live, interactive training on topics that are not currently available in the local markets without dilution or convolution of the message.
On-Line WEBINAR trainings are a simple method of training that can be done on a large scale by specific presenters. WEBINAR technology allows us to have live meetings and trainings, simultaneously at locations across the country reducing the cost for the associate of travel and lodging expenses. It also allows us to increase the contact, education, and association with associates that are interested in keeping up-to-date with the latest information, and increasing and maintaining a level of competence and confidence that will increase the retention and success rate of associates across the country.
The technology allows the WEBINAR participant to see the presenter's computer screen and to hear the presenter live through their computer. So, for example, if there was a power point training going on, the participant would see the power point and hear the presenter, LIVE. If the presenter wanted to switch from his power point presentation to a live demonstration of ReferenceUSA, or the Pre-Paid Legal Members Only Back Office, or the GoSmallBiz website, for example, he or she could take all the participants to that site for demonstration. All of this LIVE and INTERACTIVE! The participants at any time can ask questions and interact through a question and answer section of the WEBINAR program. Best of all, the WEBINAR does not cost the participants anything other than their registration costs.
In short, ON-LINE WEBINAR Training allows the associate to plug into the latest information, on a consistent basis, get continued education, on a consistent basis, from whereever the associate is. Again, creating a level of competence and confidence that will increase the retention and success rate of associates across the country.
How does it work? At this time, during the BETA TESTING, Participants of the WEBINAR are e-mailed an invitation once they have been screened and pre-registered for the program. Once the invitation is received, the associate simply fills out the requested information so that their performance can be tracked. Once that information has been received, and that must be done for each WEBINAR event, the associate receives a confirmation e-mail with log on instructions and conference call number. On the day of the event, the associate simple clicks on the link that is contained in the confirmation e-mail and calls in on the conference call that is also contained in the confirmation e-mail and is connected to the WEBINAR. During the WEBINAR the associate is able to ask questions through the WEBINAR interface, similar to Instant Messaging or Chat features on other on-line programs. After the WEBINAR is over, all participants are e-mailed a survey that must be completed. All this information is gathered together, registration information, any questions and answers or input during the WEBINAR, as well as, the associates Survey responses and sent to GoSmallBiz in Atlanta, GA for monitoring and evaluation.
We are currently BETA Testing the technology, potential, effectiveness and efficiency of this method of training and meetings. Currently we are broadcasting the weekly Small Business Breakfast Club meetings and the Advanced Small Business Training using this technology in an effort to determine it's value and effectiveness.

What is the Advanced Small Business Training? The Advanced Small Business Training is designed by Top Producers to help you move as quickly through the learning curve as possible and get you into the field as producing associates. This class is an intense 5 hour training for associates that are already Small Business Certified. The Advanced Small Business Training brings you the latest information on market conditions, techique, prospecting, presenting, closing, gaining referrals, and the latest product information available on such products as the Enhanced Small Business Tool Box...it qualifies you to do small business. The information in this training changes monthly as market conditions, techiques change and improve, and as new products and tool are made available
IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN BETA TESTING YOU MUST...
BE SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFIED!!!
Have High Speed Internet Access and have sound capability through your computer
or
Have Unlimited Minutes and Unlimited Long Distance on your telephone to participate in the conference call
Lastly, you MUST Be willing to apply what is being taught through the WEBINAR so that we can gauge effectiveness of this training forum. This training is not designed for information only and it is DEFINITELY NOT FOR EVERYONE. This training is definately not for everyone! It is specifically designed to help an associate obtain the level of Executive Director on personal production, and maintain it on a solid foundation of referrals. A director that hits the minimum bench marks in this program will earn over $20,000 in sales during the 90 day period (again by hitting the minimum bench markts). THIS TRAINING IS FOR ASSOCIATES THAT 1) HAVE DAY TIME ACTIVITY TO WORK THEIR PPL BUSINESS AND ARE WILLING TO DEDICATE SOME OF THAT TIME TO REVENUE GENERATING ACTIVITIES, 2) ARE SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFIED AND QUALIFIED 3) WILLING TO WORK TO HIT MINIMUM BENCH MARKS LAID OUT IN THIS 90 DAY TRAINING
