Education:
BS Physics, with honors, from Millersville University
MS Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania
He has over twenty years experience as a new product design engineer, in analog and digital electronics and microprocessors, reliability and failure analysis, defects, code compliance, vehicles, industrial/construction safety, and electrocutions. Roy was a full time college instructor for Physics, Mechanical Engineering, and Fire and Explosion Investigation courses.
