John Hart has over 20 years experience as a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. Over the past yen years he has incorporated the principles of environmental medicine and Functional Medicine to help his patients with conditions that do not respond well to allopathic/conventional treatments. These conditions include, but are not limited to, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, chronic/systemic yeast infections, Lyme Disease, hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalances, and adrenal exhaustion.

Because over 60% of Americans suffer from various chronic symptoms, Dr. Hart concentrates his efforts on helping his patients find and solve the underlying causes of their maladies. Since these conditions affect us all, Dr. Hart has been helping both genders and all age groups recover good health and develop positive strategies to maintain optimal physical and mental functioning for the coming decades.

Dr. Hart received a BS and an MS in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech and he received his MD from the University of Virginia. The Harts have four children. Their home in Loudoun County has two pianos, one cat, and one dog.
