The soft-spoken Criglar comes from humble beginnings growing up in a single parent home and inspired by his mother to "strive and thrive" through education. He took her words to heart earning his Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Washburn University of Topeka, KS; a Masters degree in Liberal Arts from Baker University in Overland Park, KS; a Masters degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University in Washington. DC; and a Masters degree Human Resource Development from Webster University in Kansas City, MO.
He is also serves as an Adjunct instructor and charter faculty member for the University of Phoenix, certified through Development Dimensions International (DDI) and holds a professional membership in the American Society for Training and Development Darren plans to pursue a PH.D in 2008.
