Colbern Communications proudly installs only Nortel phone systems.For small to medium size businesses,we offer the Compact Integrated Communications System or CICS.Its default size is 0X16 meaning zero lines and 16 extensions.By simply adding a 4 port line card,the system is now 4X16.Adding an additional line card and an 8 port extension feature card,the systems maximum capacity is 8 lines and 24 extensions,perfect for most businesses.Adding the Call Pilot voice mail system allows individual,system and informational mail boxes as well as full auto attendant features.The CICS also comes default with Music on Hold and paging ports as well as an emergency analog port         

Colbern Communications also installs the Nortel MICS which comes default  with 32 extensions and as many as 20 lines or more for the larger size business .We also install integrated paging systems for communicating with your employees as well as providing music on hold and background music for your customers.We are now offering installation of basic security camera systems for loss prevention as well as insurance discounts.
