Our featured menu items were developed through the years for our festival food vending business. They are uniquely prepared with our award winning spice blends and sauces. Each item is a product of extensive research and development with special attention to flavor, freshness, and it's ability to be safely prepared in mass quantities in our mobile on-site kitchens. Each item and its method of preparation is reviewed and approved by the N. C. Department of Environmental Health.We have the equipment to cook virtually any food items.

Greek Souvlaki Gyros - Marinated chicken, grilled shrimp, seasoned lamb or blackened steak with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and peppers, tzatziki (cucumber) sauce on pita bread.
Philly Wraps - Marinated chicken, grilled shrimp, seasoned lamb or blackened steak with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and peppers & aged cheddar cheese sauce on pita bread.
Greek Salad on Pita - Lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, calamata olives, grilled onions and peppers, award winning salad dressing on pita bread.
Spinach Feta Cheese Wrap - Fresh leaf spinach and Feta Cheese mixed with grilled onions and peppers, and a garlic vinaigrette dressing on pita bread.
Italian or Polish Sausage - With grilled onions and peppers or fresh sauerkraut on a hoagie roll.
Fresh Cut Fries, Fresh Cut Ribbon Fries - Freshly cut potatoes fried crispy. Served in two sizes with or without Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Chili and Bacon Bits.
Fresh Chicken Fingers - Fresh battered Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce.
Hand-Dipped Foot long Corn dogs - Hand dipped corn dogs.
Jumbo Hot dogs - Chili, slaw, onions and mustard.
BBQ - Slow cook on site and then served right off the grill. Pulled pork BBQ with slaw.
Lemon Freeze - Frozen, soft serve lemonade. Made with our own fresh lemonade.
Assorted beverages - 20oz and 32oz beverages served over ice in souvenir cups. Coke or Pepsi products depending on event sponsorship.
