Why do you need a Home Inspection                

 Your Home will probably be the biggest investment of your life. You want to make sure that the Home you buy will be free of unexpected surprises, so you will want to know as much as possible about the condition of the House, Condo, or Co-op, so you can make a decision with confidence.

Affordable Home Inspections provides a quality service for first time as well as multiple home buyers. Buying a home can be very stressful. We take the anxiety of the condition of the Home out of the process to help you relax. Most Home Inspections detail maintenance recommendations & life expectancies of various equiptment. These things are nice to know about, but the main concern of the inspection is to check for MAJOR DEFECTS & things that can lead to major defects. Also of concern are safety Hazards. Everything will be addressed in your report, but major items will get special attention.

You should be aware that most sellers are honest, & are very surprised at defects that come uncovered in an inspection report. You should also be aware that sellers are under no obligation to repair everything mentioned in the inspection report. No home is perfect, not even a brand new one. Do not kill your deal over small items that can easily be addressed. We will advise you as to what is of major or minor concern. When we are finished you should be at ease ,as you will have a very good understanding of what you are buying.
